Roles & Responsibilities of Ad Campaign and Landing Page Specialist

  1. Landing Page Development

    • Requirement Gathering:
      • Receive the Landing Page Requirement Document from Prohelika (Funnel Mastery Team).
      • If a template is provided, ensure it is used as the base for development.
      • Seek clarifications or guidance from Prohelika if needed to align with the project goals.
    • Development Process:
      • Analyze, design, and develop the landing page as per specifications.
      • Perform a review with the Funnel Mastery Team to ensure all requirements are met before deployment.
      • Deploy the landing page to the client’s website.
  2. Project Tracking

    • Update the Project Portal Tool (hr.gomsu.in) with real-time project status.
    • Include detailed notes on progress, roadblocks, and next steps for transparent tracking.
  3. Facebook Ad Reporting

    • Share a daily Screen shot of Facebook Ad performance report (Excluding Sundays) via the FM Ad Group in WhatsApp evening as per the agreed timing.
    • Include:
      • Daily metrics: Impressions, clicks, CTR, and conversions.
      • Monthly ad account spending.
      • Remaining budget balance to ensure budget compliance.
  4. Delegation and Support Process (FOR TRAINER)

    • Step-by-Step Delegation (aligned with Gomsu Information Technologies' delegation process):
      • Phase 1: SME-Led Training
        • SME (Subject Expert Matters) will perform the tasks while the trainee observes, taking notes, and asking questions.
      • Phase 2: Trainee-Assisted Practice
        • Trainee will perform tasks under SME shadowing and guidance.
      • Phase 3: Independent Ownership
        • Trainee will take full ownership of tasks, with SME providing support when requested.
    • Support Resources:
      • Provide access to training session recordings for reference during and after onboarding.
      • Offer a checklist or SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) to streamline recurring tasks.
      • Ensure a clear escalation path for any challenges or questions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  1. Landing Page Development:

    • Timely delivery of landing pages (within agreed deadlines).
    • Compliance with client requirements and template guidelines.
    • Positive feedback from the Funnel Mastery Team on quality and usability.
  2. Project Tracking:

    • Accurate and regular updates in the Project Portal Tool.
    • Clear visibility of project status for all stakeholders.
  3. Facebook Ad Reporting:

    • Daily submission of reports without delays.
    • Accurate tracking of ad performance metrics, spending, and balance.
    • Identification of trends or insights that may help improve ad performance.
  4. Delegation Success: (For Trainer)

    • Trainee readiness and independence achieved within a defined timeframe.
    • Reduced dependency on SME for routine tasks.
    • Continuity in ongoing processes as business-as-usual (BAU).
